Obituary of Scott Neil Robertson

Please share a memory of Scott to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Scott Neil Robertson which occurred at his home on Friday, March 14, 2025.

Scott was one-of-a-kind with a big personality and he won the hearts of many. He had the most infectious laugh and when attending any social event in the community, he had everyone around him amused and watching him instead of the game or concert. Scott will always be known as our "Main Man"!

Scott loved going out for coffee or tea, bowling nights, basketball games, music, going to the cottage or any road trip. He gave the best back rubs and was always game to take a drive to the ocean. He loved watches, colouring, "big trucks", shopping and playing cards.

Scott is survived by his mother Laura (MacPherson) Robertson; half-brothers Fred Robertson, Scotsburn; Richard Robertson, Halifax; uncles Fred (Peggy) MacPherson, Gerald (Jane) MacPherson; Donald (Margie) MacPherson. He is predeceased by his father, Frederick Robertson.

Scott had many friends at CACL and we would like to say thank you to them and also to his roommates and staff (both past and present) who loved and cared for Scott during his 24 years at the CACL Group Home.

Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held from 1:00-4:00 pm on Tuesday, March 25th in MacIsaac Funeral Home, 61 Pleasant Street, Antigonish. Donations in Scott's memory may be made to the CACL Antigonish.
