Obituary of Glenwood Sangster

Glenwood Lane Sangster of the RK MacDonald Nursing Home, Antigonish, and formerly of Isaac's Harbour, passed away peacefully in the Palliative Care Unit of St. Martha's Regional Hospital on July 21, 2025 at the age of 79.

Glenwood is survived by his son Derek Sangster and grandson Kade. He was predeceased by his daughter Andrea Sangster, mother Elsie Sangster and father Lester Kaiser.

Glenwood loved to fish and play guitar. During his years living in Westville, NS he played guitar with the bands The Shiretowners and A Little Bit Country. Glenwood spent eight years living in Oshawa before moving back to his homeland, Nova Scotia. 

Cremation has taken place. As per Glenwood's request there will be no visitation or funeral service.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Palliative Care Unit c/o St. Martha's Regional Hosptial Foundation.
