Obituary of Raymond Joseph LeBlanc

Raymond Joseph LeBlanc (Pere), aged 89, of Havre Boucher, Nova Scotia, passed away peacefully on November 4th, 2025.

Raymond was predeceased by his beloved wife, Diane LeBlanc (2024), with whom he shared a lifetime of love, laughter, and family. He will be deeply missed by his sons Dennis (Lorna) and Albert (Kelly); his cherished grandchildren Sarah, Michelle, Bradley (Melissa), Lauren, and Luke; and his nine adored great-grandchildren, all of whom brought him immense pride and joy.

A hardworking man, Raymond spent most of his career as a mechanic, known for his steady hands, sharp mind, and willingness to help anyone in need. Outside of work, he found happiness" in life’s simple pleasures — a good cup of tea, time spent with friends at Tim Hortons, and the company of those he loved.

Raymond was an avid hockey player in his younger years and a lifelong fan of the game. He also loved to hunt and fish, passions that connected him deeply to the outdoors and to the community he called home.

He will be remembered for his warmth, quiet strength, and sense of humour — a man who valued family, friendship, and hard work above all else.

There will be no visitation. Funeral Mass will be held at 11 am on Friday, November 7, 2025 in St. Paul's Church, Havre Boucher, Reverend Allan MacPhie presiding.

May he rest in peace.
