My deepest condolences. I was so sorry to hear the news. I went to elementary school with BJ, and I still remember how he used to drive me absolutely nuts when he sat behind me in Grade 6. I still remember chasing him out of the classroom one day he had made me so mad. Over the years, though, he grew into a fine young man. Whenever I ran into BJ, in more recent years, he always took the time to stop and say hello, or if it was from a distance I got the head nod. BJ was a good man. Please know that I am thinking of your family during this very difficult time.

My deepest condolences. BJ was friends with my brother Tremaine and was always a pleasant sight at my mom’s Brierly Brook home when they were teenagers.
He and Tremaine were always building something - snowmobiles - anything with a motor. I remember one day they called to me from the garage to come and take a ride on their newest invention. I took one look at that snowmobile with it’s jacked up wires hanging all out the back and said “ no way, that thing is a fire hazard”. They laughed and tried to convince me again. About an hour later, I looked out the window to see it on fire! Ha!
Both of them were at their best when wires and engines were involved. BJ was always sweet, kind and good for a laugh. He was a good friend to Tremaine and I’m very sorry to hear of his passing. Sending so much love to his family and friends.

I was chatting with BJ a while back, reminding him of the camp him and Paul had behind his dad house. They took one of my extention cords to plug in a hot diggity dogger I had. It basically a toaster that cooked hot dogs and toasted the bun. We both had a good laugh. My condolences to the families. We lived in Gasperaux Lake too.
