My deepest condolences to the family of Sadie And Donnie Kennedy. Although I have been gone from the Saint Andrews area and Nova Scotia for almost 60 years, I have fond memories of Sadie and Donnie. Sadie’s gentle smile and kind words are things I will always remember.
As difficult as things are at times of separation, I know the family will find comfort In knowing what a kind and gentle person their mother was and will always remain so in their hearts

To the Kennedy Family & All Other Family Members:
So sorry to hear about Sadie. I sure spent alot of time at the Kennedy farm with Sadie and family and her daughter Cathy was my best friend. And once the ice came at GlenRoy it was every evening - we all had so much fun together. Those days you never forget. The Kennedy's
even had a little shed with a stove in it and if we got cold we went in the shed. Sadie always had lots of treats for everyone. You could not love the Kennedy family!!

I was very sorry to hear of Sadie’s passing, not only was she my god mother but truly one of the nicest people I recall from St Andrew’s. A tireless volunteer she set the example for others to follow.
I was fortunate to visit with her during a trip home not long ago, she was a true pleasure to spend time with.

I had the privilege of meeting this amazing lady at the RK Macdonald Nursing home when visiting with my mom. She always made the day so much brighter with her kind, caring words and concern for others. Rest in Peace dear Sadie, Forever missed.

I’m one of the many folks that had the privilege of being Sadie’s nephew and godson. Even with a growing brood of her own at home, she and uncle Donnie took the time and made the effort to make me feel special when it mattered. I will always remember and appreciate that.
