Obituary of Terrance Harvey Izzard

We the family of Terrance Harvey "Terry" Izzard announce with deep sadness that he was taken from us on May 31, 2026, at the age of 73.

Terry aka “Cog’ to some will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed at the horse pulls,at Mcleans forestry and at many tables for tea and crib and especially by his son, Darcy (Jennifer), grandchildren, Clayton, Taylor, and Jordanna; brothers Burton (Karen) of Halifax; Danny (Heather); Paul (Colleen); and David, all of Toronto; sisters Sharon, Montreal; Angela (Alex); and Brenda (Charles) of Toronto; as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends who will cherish his memory.

Terry was born on October 17, 1952, to the late Harvey and Marie Izzard of Boylston, Nova Scotia.

Terry was predeceased by his parents; brothers Leroy and Blair; sister Jackie; niece Sherry Ann; and nephew Sterling.

Cremation has taken place.

Family and friends are warmly invited to celebrate Terry's life on Saturday, July 25, 2026, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Paqtnkek Community Centre, 136 Afton Loop, Afton Station, Nova Scotia.

Interment will take place at a future date.
