Obituary of Aldegonda Francisca M. C LAUREIJS

LAUREIJS, Aldegonda Francisca M. C. – 89, of North Grant, Antigonish Co., passed away at home on Monday, November 20, 2017. She was born in Tilburg, The Netherlands. She was pre-deceased by her husband Peter Laureijs and son Johnny Laureijs. She is survived by her children: Apollonia (Linda), Peter (Beth) Laureijs, Catherine (Ron) MacGillivray, Jopy (Marvin) Haagsma, daughter-in-law Janice Laureijs, Arny (Diane) Laureijs, MaryRose, Gonny Bernadette, Pauweliena, Corry (Robin) Laureijs, 24 grandchildren and 1 great grandson. There will be no visitation. Funeral mass will be celebrated in St. Ninian’s Cathedral, Antigonish on November 24, at 11:00am with Father Donald MacGillivray officiating. Interment will be in St. Ninian’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia, Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia, or any charity of your choice.
