Dear Linda
So sorry to hear of you Dad's passing. He and my Dad played lots of golf together and as a result heard a few funny stories about their game. Hopefully the 4 "Frank's" are once again having a round of golf on Heaven's golf course.
Our deepest sympathy to you and the Sears Family as well as extended families. In our thoughts and prayers at this difficult time.

Hello and condolences to all Jackie’s family. We are so sorry to hear of Jackie’s passing. He was absolutely one of the nicest people we ever met. We are not saying that just because Jackie is Jim‘s uncle. Everyone with whom Jack Sears came in contact, felt the exact same way. Despite some hard times he fathered a fine and successful family.
It is not only golf that we will remember him for; he was a great artist, a talented man. We know that Brenda follows in his footsteps. On that note, in 2006, we lost a friend in Athens. He bequeathed to Jim a very nice woodcarving set in a velvet-lined box. Jim then bequeathed the set to Jackie. So, we hope someone in the family can continue its use.
Again, we have you all in our thoughts, particularly at this unique time of year. God Bless you all and RIP Uncle Jackie.
Love, Jim and Ronalda (Tompkins)

We are so sorry to hear of the passing of our treasured Uncle Jackie. So many memories of times dinners, sibling visits, trips to Wine Harbour to see Aunt Betty and Aunt Joan and golfing. Big things come in small packages and he had so much to offer everyone. He cared and wanted to be helpful to many people in his life and not only his family for whom he would do anything.
God Bless and help each other though this. He is in a better place with many he cared for now. He is a peace and is now one of the many angels in Heaven. We certainly have many Sears Angels don't we.
Love to all,
Patricia and Steve Maudsley

Jack and I used to have great chats, he was a painter he had the tools to do anything artistic. I think of all the family right now and love another we are all here for the same purpose.
Love,
Uncle Johnny (message dictated by Patricia in Calgary)
P.S. I just read the obituary to him over the phone and he said it was lovely and just like Jackie.
