I met James when we were both working at M&M Taxi, he was one of the few who made the job enjoyable. Always had a smile on his face and cracking jokes; he was a great guy and will be missed by all who knew him.

We are so sorry to hear of the passing of James. Our sincerest condolences to the family.
Kevin met James by chance one day in the woods many years ago while walking opposite ways on a mountain seismic trail. They chatted and had a laugh and liked each other.
Some years later, Kevin had the pleasure of working closely with James for many years. We always stayed in touch after that.
We’ll meet again somewhere in the woods James!
And I’ll be holding my compass tight so Dawson doesn’t run off with it again!

We were so sorry to hear of James passing. Virgil worked with James during the LXL days. He visited us at our home in Worsley, Alberta many times and we always enjoyed his company. Just so you know James - I did know you snuck Dawson into the house at night and he slept in the bed with you. He often talked about his family with fondness.

Our hearts broke when we heard of his passing. He was always a good loyal true friend. When we still lived in Nova scotia we truly enjoyed his many visits to our home. He was one of the first to visit us in our Alberta home which brought much joy and laughter. He was a true friend..we'll miss that big, big laugh.

To the MacDougall family,
I am so sorry to hear of James' passing. Our parents were such good friends. The last time I saw James was when his dad was in the hospital and we had a good talk about old times, especially bowling. A good person gone too soon.
Sincerely, Linda and the North Grant Chisholm's
