To the family
I did not know yr family I wanted to send my deepest condolences to loved ones.
This a poem I wrote I hope it brings some comfort at this sad time
Through the trees where subtle winds blow
There is a place where all God's children go
The streets are wide and paved with gold
Time nor tide no one grows old
God picked his angel with wings of white
No more pain no more fight
Take my hand and come with me
Up to heaven is where we will be
Slumber sleep a heart gone still
We do not question why
It is God's will.

To Rosemary, and all of Brenda’s loved ones.
The first time I met Brenda was when I phoned her through the FaceBook app so her mom, Freda, could talk to her. Brenda’s mom Freda and my mom were roommate at the RK MacDonald nursing home.
After that first call we kept in touch through messenger. We would let each other know how our moms were doing during our visit.
I loved receiving those notes and photos from her.
It truly showed what a kind caring person she was.
I am so sorry for your loss and please except my heartfelt condolences.

To Brenda’s family,
Brenda was part of pickleball community. She was a happy, fun loving woman and got to know about her crafting, stained glass, darts and karaoke. To say this is devastating and shocking is an understatement. Thank you for the news interview that you did Tara. She deserves to be remembered with the positive memories that you all share. She will be remembered and missed at our court.

I used to work with Brenda for a while in Elmsdale. She was so friendly and treated me like I were one of her own kids. I’m so deeply sorry for the loss of your mother. Know that she touched many lives in her time here. She will be missed.

Jami and family, I am so, incredibly sorry to hear about Brenda’s passing. There is literally nothing I can say that is going to make it better, I know this from experience. The few times I had the chance to meet Brenda, she was always smiling and bubbly, and she really loved her family. I remember visiting her with you Jami, and she was so welcoming to me, even though I was pretty much a stranger to her!
May you never stop saying her name, as a testimony to her life and love.
Love you so much Jami - big hugs.
