Allan and Patsy
I was saddened to hear from my brother Bill, yesterday, of the passing of your mom.
She was a great lady. I'll never forget her kindness, having me for lunch every day, a year when we were in school close by - was that grade 6?
The home on Hillcrest was a welcome and warm home thanks to here.
I would hear of your mom regularly from my late Aunt Janet who was also a Holy Roller. I wish I'd taken the time to visit her.
Unfortunately, I am sitting in Court in Halifax this week and won't be able to attend the wake or funeral mass.
My thoughts are with you.
